Delivery Information Please note all times reflected are exclusive of the 5 working days processing time. For deliveries within Nairobi and nearby metropolitan areas, parcels are delivered door-to-door using local riders where available. For long-distance deliveries outside Nairobi, parcels are sent through the customer’s preferred bus or shuttle company.
