For deliveries within Nairobi and nearby metropolitan areas, parcels are delivered door-to-door using local riders where available. For long-distance deliveries outside Nairobi, parcels are sent through the customer’s preferred bus or shuttle company. Just Labels drops the parcel at the selected company’s Nairobi office with the recipient’s name and phone number. Once the parcel arrives at the destination town, the bus or shuttle company contacts the recipient to collect it from their office or collection point.
For other regions outside Nairobi, the process is mainly handled through bus or shuttle parcel services. The customer chooses a preferred bus or shuttle company that serves their destination town or region. Just Labels then drops the parcel at that company’s Nairobi office with the recipient’s name and phone number. The parcel is transported to the destination town, and the bus or shuttle company notifies the recipient when it is ready for collection from their local office or collection point.
